Privacy Policy

QuikCliqs LLC (“QuikCliqs,” “we,” “us”) is currently in private testing. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it during this testing period, and will be updated as the product evolves.

What we collect

When you use QuikCliqs, we collect:

• Account information — name, email address, and phone number if you provide one.
• Cliq activity — the groups you join or create, the service providers you refer or vouch for, and messages tied to a referral.
• Issue reports — photos or written descriptions of a home problem you submit for an AI first read.
• Insurance and warranty documents — if you choose to upload a policy for a coverage check. Personally identifiable information is redacted on your device before anything is uploaded.

How we use it

We use what you share to:

• Show your Cliq the referrals and vouches you’ve made
• Generate an AI first read on a reported issue and, if you’ve uploaded a policy, an informational read on whether it’s likely covered
• Connect you with a provider — either through a referral in your Cliq or, if nobody in your circle can help, our vetted local marketplace
• Operate, secure, and improve QuikCliqs

The AI coverage check is informational only. It is not insurance advice, and it is not a guarantee that a claim will be approved — always confirm directly with your insurer or policy provider.

What a provider sees

When you’re matched with a provider, we share only what’s needed to do the job — your issue description, general location, and contact information you approve. We do not share your full uploaded documents or your broader Cliq activity with providers.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to operate QuikCliqs, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, AI processing (Anthropic, for issue diagnosis and coverage checks), email delivery, and public place data (Google Places) to help locate local providers. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your Cliq or contact list as a marketing list.

Data retention

We keep your account and Cliq activity for as long as your account is active. Uploaded policy documents are used to generate a coverage read and are not retained longer than necessary for that purpose. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your choices

You can review, correct, or delete your account information, or ask us what we hold about you, by contacting privacy@quikcliqs.com.

Children’s privacy

QuikCliqs is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

As QuikCliqs moves from private testing toward a public release, this policy will be updated to reflect that. We’ll post changes on this page.
