Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuikCliqs, currently offered as a private test by QuikCliqs LLC (“QuikCliqs,” “we,” “us”). By using QuikCliqs, you agree to them.

What QuikCliqs is

QuikCliqs is a referral platform. It helps you find home service providers through people you already know (a “Cliq”), and, if nobody in your circle can help, through a marketplace of providers we’ve vetted. QuikCliqs also offers an AI first read on a reported home issue and, if you upload a policy, an informational read on whether it’s likely covered.

We don’t employ the providers on QuikCliqs

Service providers referred or matched through QuikCliqs are independent businesses, not our employees or contractors. We don’t control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of any work performed. Any agreement for services is between you and the provider directly.

The AI coverage check is informational only

Any read on whether an issue is likely covered by an insurance or warranty policy is generated for informational purposes only. It is not insurance advice, not a legal opinion, and not a guarantee that a claim will be approved. Always confirm coverage directly with your insurer or policy provider before making decisions based on it.

Your account and your Cliq

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You’re responsible for what you post to a Cliq, including referrals and vouches — they should reflect your own genuine experience.
• If you create or administer a Cliq, you’re responsible for who you approve to join it.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post a referral, vouch, or review that isn’t genuine
• Use QuikCliqs to harass, defraud, or harm another person or business
• Upload documents or content you don’t have the right to share
• Attempt to scrape, resell, or misuse data from the platform

Private testing

QuikCliqs is currently in private testing. Features, availability, and this agreement may change as the product develops. We’ll do our best to communicate material changes to testers directly.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

QuikCliqs is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, during this testing period. To the extent permitted by law, QuikCliqs LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, including work performed by a referred or matched provider, or decisions made based on an AI-generated read.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
